Work begins with extraction. We then take daily readings while the building dries. Once it is dry, we complete the repairs to put the building back. The job stays under one company and one job number.
What we handle across the region
The calls change with the season and the neighbourhood. Autumn and winter rain brings basement flooding and sewer backups. We also see storm water through window wells and perimeter drains that cannot keep up. During cold snaps, supply lines in crawl spaces or garages may split and release water when the thaw begins.
Slow leaks happen year round. A supply line may weep behind a vanity, a shower pan may have failed years ago, or a roof detail may leak only in wind-driven rain. These losses can go unnoticed until the floor moves. A moisture inspection traces where the water travelled.

Our office is in downtown Vancouver and our crews work out from it across Metro Vancouver. Wherever you are in the region, the number is the same and it is answered at any hour.
How quickly can you reach me?
For an active escape of water, we aim to be on site the same day anywhere in Metro Vancouver. Tell us what happened and how far the water spread. We will give you an arrival window on the call.
Does it cost more if I am further out?
Travel time sits inside the hourly labour rate rather than being added as a separate call-out charge. Ask on the phone and we will tell you what your location means for the total before anyone sets off.
Does the same building code apply everywhere you work?
No. The City of Vancouver has its own building by-law, while the rest of Metro Vancouver uses the BC Building Code. The distinction does not change extraction or drying, but it can affect permits once repairs begin. We account for the code that applies to the property.
How far will you actually travel?
