About Vancouver Water Damage Restoration Pros
We are a licensed and insured water damage restoration company based in downtown Vancouver. We work across the Lower Mainland and answer the phone around the clock. One company handles the drying and repairs.
Who we are
Vancouver Water Damage Restoration Pros handles water losses in homes and commercial buildings across Metro Vancouver, including damage from failed supply lines or appliances, roof leaks, storms and sewer backups. We remove the water and dry the structure to a measured standard. We then carry out the repairs.
The company was established in 2025, with 20 years of trade experience behind it. Water losses are often split between the crew that dries the building and a builder hired later for repairs. That leaves the homeowner managing two contractors and any gap between their scopes. We handle both parts under one job number, with one company answerable for the result.
Licensed and insured. Our office is at 1055 W Georgia St #2446, and the emergency line is answered around the clock.
How we work
- Assessment, water removal, drying and reconstruction managed as one job
- Daily moisture readings while drying equipment is running
- Approved insurance claims billed directly with a documented scope
- Published rate ranges and a written price before repair work starts
- A workmanship warranty on the repairs we complete
We measure drying against baseline moisture readings. Each job has a written drying plan, and we log readings daily while the equipment runs. Removing equipment two days early can leave moisture inside a wall that has already been closed and painted.
Our rate bands are published on the service pages, along with what each one includes. You can review them before anyone visits the property.
Working with your insurer
Most of the work we do is covered by a claim, and we bill insurers directly once a claim is approved. We prepare moisture readings, daily logs, photographs of the source and affected area, and an itemised scope of work for the adjuster.
We will document the loss and deal with your adjuster on the technical detail of the scope. We do not adjust or negotiate the claim itself, which in British Columbia is licensed work under the Financial Institutions Act and belongs to your adjuster or to a licensed public adjuster.
Before signing an emergency authorisation with any restoration company, check whether it assigns your insurance proceeds to the contractor. Some authorisations do.
Work we hand to a specialist
We take on the water damage, drying and rebuild. Licensed specialists perform the following work when a job requires it.
- Asbestos abatement. Where a hazardous materials survey finds asbestos in the way of the work, a licensed abatement contractor removes it and our work waits until they are done. We bring one onto the job and coordinate around them.
- Plumbing and sewer repairs. We stop the damage and dry the building. Fixing the pipe or the sewer lateral that caused it is licensed plumbing and drainage work.
- Electrical work. Anything beyond isolating a circuit goes to a licensed electrician before we energise a repaired area.
About us, in short
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we carry liability coverage on every job. If you want to see documentation before work starts, ask on the phone and we will send it over.
Do you subcontract the work out?
No. Our crews carry out your job under our name and on our job number. You deal with us throughout the work. Work that legally requires a licence we do not hold, such as asbestos abatement, goes to a licensed specialist, and we coordinate our work around it.
How much experience is behind the company?
There are 20 years of trade experience behind this business. The company itself was established in 2025 to bring that work under one name.
